TERMS OF USE
These Terms of Use govern your access to enginovallc.com (the “Site”), operated by Enginova LLC (“Enginova,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. INFORMATIONAL PURPOSE
The Site provides general information about Enginova’s educational programs and services. Site content, listed formats, schedules, program features, and prices may change. Visiting the Site or sending an inquiry does not enroll you in a program or create a service agreement.
2. ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT
Any enrollment will be governed by the written terms provided at the time of purchase, including the applicable program description, price, payment schedule, start date, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility. If those written enrollment terms conflict with these general Site Terms, the enrollment terms control for that purchase.
3. EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER
Enginova provides educational content and project-based learning. Unless expressly stated otherwise, programs are not accredited degree programs and do not award professional licenses. We do not guarantee employment, promotion, earnings, certification, or any particular career or business result.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with Site security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the Site at unreasonable volume, impersonate another person, or use the Site to violate another party’s rights.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Enginova name, logo, Site design, original text, course descriptions, graphics, and other original materials are owned by Enginova LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the Site for personal, noncommercial use. No other license is granted.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Site may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party services. Enginova does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enginova LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Site use. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid, if any, specifically to access the Site during the twelve months before the claim.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
10. CHANGES
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.
